This EPDM synthetic rubber garage door seal bottom will stay flexible at temperatures down to -50 degrees to seal out air and other infiltrators, making it ideal for locations that experience large temperature swings, or a susceptible to a lot of pests and dust. We make our weather stripping seals with a double-walled design to prevent critters from chewing through them for your maximum protection.

Action's Universal Garage Door Seal Replacement Kit contains the Ultra garage door bottom seal, along with a matching aluminum retainer, rubber stoppers (RST-05-W), and mounting screws for easy installation on any garage door brand. Kits are available in two lengths (9' and 18') and three thickness options (for 1-3/8", 1-3/4" or 2" wide garage doors) for your convenience.

Choosing Your Kit:

• Select your garage door width above. Choose the 9' kit for doors 9' and below or the 18' kit for doors between 9'-18' wide. If your door is not the exact size of our kits, the kit can easily be cut down to the size you need. Just cut the retainer with a handsaw and the seal portion with common household scissors.
• Next, select your garage door thickness. Action offers three different thicknesses of retainers: 1-3/8", 1-3/4" and 2".

Installation

• Installation is simple. Remove the existing seal and retainer from your garage, install the new retainer, and then pull the seal through to finish.
