MD 18-Foot Garage Door Bottom Seal Replacement Kit

Action Direct's 18-foot garage door seal kit lets you effortlessly seal and protect large doors on homes and businesses. It uses our durable black vinyl that remains pliable at temperatures as low as -30 degrees, making it great for extreme climates. A quality MD garage door seal will block extreme heat, cold,  debris, air infiltration, and small pests from getting inside your space. Your garage or similar area will be more energy-efficient and protected from destructive infiltrators. 

Each 18-ft. wide garage door seal kit contains the seal as well as a matching aluminum retainer and sheet metal screws for the installation. These kits are sold in a 9’ length for doors that are 1-5/8” thick and can be cut to the right size for smaller doors. Please note that while the kit can be used on any door brand, it should only be installed on doors with a flat bottom because the fasteners come up through the bottom to mount the retainer.

Installation:

Installation is easy. Remove the existing seal and retainer from your garage, install the new retainer and then pull the seal through.
