Choosing Your Kit:

• Select your garage door width above. Choose the 9' kit for doors 9' and below or the 18' kit for any doors between 9'-18' wide. If your door is not exactly the size of our kits, they can easily be cut down to the size you need. The base and fin can be cut using a hack saw, utility knife or panel shears.
• Select your color. We offer six different colors: brown, white, almond, sandstone, gray, and black garage door weather stripping.

Installation:

• Installation is easy. Remove the existing seal and retainers from your garage and then install the new seal using the fasteners.
• Because DuraSeal ships coiled, it won't lie flat right away. Before installation, be sure to:
• Uncoil the seal on a flat surface (NOTE: If the seal arrives cold, let it warm up to room temperature before uncoiling)
• Lay weights along the length to help it relax and straighten
• Allow 24 hours for the coil to flatten naturally
• If working in cold weather, warm indoors first
• NOTE: Best working temperature is above 50°F — however, 60°F+ will provide the easiest handling and smoothest install
