The BEA SuperScan IV Custom Series 10SSTIVCUSTOM is a door-mounted active infrared presence sensor that uses triangulation to detect pedestrians and minimize false triggers. Designed for swinging, revolving, folding, and low-energy doors, it ensures reliable detection even in challenging environments.
This customizable sensor includes 1 master and 3 slave modules per housing, with the ability to daisy-chain up to 9 slaves for wider doors. Each detection zone can be independently angled to avoid guide rails or walls. Paired with the BEA Bodyguard overhead sensor, it meets ANSI 156.10 standards for swing doors.
