Choosing Your Kit

Select the kit size based on the total width of your garage door. If your door measurement falls between available kit sizes, choose the next larger kit and trim it to fit. The X2 retainers ship in 4-foot sections for easier handling and installation.

Select the retainer width that matches the thickness of the bottom edge of your garage door. Available retainer width options include 1-1/2 inch, 1-3/4 inch, and 2 inch.

The Xcluder garage door seal helps create a durable barrier at the threshold where rodents commonly enter. The integrated Xcluder fill fabric is designed to resist gnawing from mice and rats while the flexible rubber seal helps reduce air, water, and debris intrusion.

X2 Retainer System

Installation Overview

Remove the existing garage door bottom seal and retainer, then install the X2 aluminum retainer along the bottom of the door. Slide the Xcluder bottom seal and 3-inch interior brush seal into the retainer channels, then trim components as needed for a proper fit.
