This kit combines a heavy-duty rubber garage door bottom seal with integrated Xcluder fill fabric, a 3" interior brush seal, and specialized aluminum retainers to help block rodents, insects, light, and drafts at the door threshold.

Dual-Seal Rodent and Weather Protection

The primary bottom seal features a durable neoprene rubber outer layer lined with patented Xcluder fill fabric, engineered to resist gnawing from mice and rats while sealing out air and moisture. The integrated brush seal mounts facing the interior of the door and conforms to textured, uneven, or slightly sloped floors, closing small gaps that standard seals may leave behind.
