Action Direct's Universal Garage Door Bottom Seal Kit fits doors up to 9’ or 18’ wide to protect a residential or commercial building against harsh weather, air infiltration, and pests. Our rugged flex-vinyl seal contours to uneven floors for a tight seal of protection without leaving gaps. The seal's material will stay flexible with temperatures as low as -30 degrees for functionality in extreme conditions. It attaches to a rust-proof aluminum retainer included in the kit by using a double-retaining T-bulb design.

Our garage door seal track kits include a universal flex seal, the matching retainer and mounting screws to install it on any garage door. Kits are available in two lengths (9' and 18') and three thickness options (for 1-3/8", 1-3/4", or 2" wide garage doors).

9' Kit (fits doors up to 9' wide — can be cut down to size)

Choosing Your Kit:

To select your kit, first select your garage door width. Then choose the 9' kit for doors 9' and below or the 18' kit for doors between 9'-18' wide. If your door is not the exact size of our kits, the kit can be cut down to the right size. Cut the retainer with a handsaw and the seal with household scissors. Finally, select your garage door thickness. Action offers three different thicknesses of retainers: 1-3/8", 1-3/4", and 2".

Installation:

Installation is easy. Just remove the existing seal and retainer from your garage, install the new retainer and then pull the seal through to finish.
