Todco 99610 Universal Replacement Door Assembly 90 Inches Wide X100 Inches Tall

The Todco 99610 Replacement Door Assembly is designed to keep fleets moving and reduce downtime for shipping and receiving operations. A broken truck door can mean missed deadlines and costly delays—this universal kit ensures you can get back on the road quickly.

Available in complete assemblies (with tracks and counterbalance) or drop-in kits (panels and hardware only), the 99610 is compatible with Todco Dryfreight doors used on step-in vans, box trucks, freight trucks, and delivery vehicles.

Ordering Options (Part Numbers):

• 99610-1 Complete Universal Assembly – Primed: Panels, hardware, counterbalance, vertical track, horizontal track

• 99610-2 Drop-In Assembly – Primed: Panels + hardware only (no counterbalance, vertical, or horizontal tracks)

• 99610-3 Complete Universal Assembly – Painted: Panels, hardware, counterbalance, vertical track, horizontal track

• 99610-4 Drop-In Assembly – Painted: Panels + hardware only (no counterbalance, vertical, or horizontal tracks)

Both assemblies are designed for 87-3/4 in. wide openings with door heights ranging 90–100 in. Panels ship semi-assembled in two sections, connected in the field using the included center hinge pin (69653.0000.16).

Door Panels:

• Compatible with door openings 87-3/4" wide x 90–100" tall

• 3/4" thick wood panel construction

• Shipped in two semi-assembled sections with hinges pre-attached

Tracks (Complete Assembly Only):

• Vertical Track: 106-3/4" lengths (cut to fit; add 6-3/4" above door height for proper fit)

• Horizontal Track: 120" lengths with 6" radius, requires 1-1/2"–2-1/4" ceiling clearance

Counterbalance Assembly (Complete Assembly Only):

• 59174-0357X90 Counterbalance: 90" shaft (cut to door width + 2-1/4")

Hardware, Locks, & Latches:

• 89307-1000 Universal Hardware Kit included with all assemblies

• Pull strap & lift handle pre-installed

• 69571 Maximum Security Lock and 69572 Lock Keeper included (field install required)
