This hinge and roller-brace combination securely holds Todco 1-inch diameter head rollers in place within the door’s roller track, while allowing quick removal for maintenance or replacement. Ideal for the high-frequency open-close cycles of cargo doors, this design enables roller changes or track lubrication without fully disassembling the door.
The swaged hinge features a sturdy bracket with two bolt-and-hex-nut fasteners securing the roller cradle, ensuring both door panel stability and reliable roller retention.
