The LiftMaster LM21XPBB Extended Performance Release Device is engineered for fire and emergency safety applications, regulating the operation of commercial rolling, sliding, and center-parting doors during critical events. Designed for compliance with fire and life-safety standards, this release device requires a 10k resistive sensing edge and can be tied into smoke alarms, detectors, and horn strobe systems. Battery backup support provides continuous operation and ensures auxiliary safety devices remain functional during power loss.

With configurable detection-to-alarm delays and the ability to connect multiple safety devices, the LM21XPBB offers installers a reliable, adaptable solution for demanding environments.
