The EMX LRS-DB-100 Direct Burial Sensor provides reliable vehicle detection by using the Earth’s magnetic field. When a ferrous object, like a car, disrupts the magnetic field, the sensor signals the control panel to open or close a gate or garage door.
Designed specifically for use with the EMX LRS-C1 Vehicle Detector Control Unit, this rugged sensor is suitable for both above-grade and below-grade installations. It can be buried in vertical or horizontal orientation, offering flexible installation options.
Its compact size allows for cost-effective setups, requiring only a single saw cut for below-ground installs. The sensor’s advanced design minimizes false activations and can even be programmed to only activate when a vehicle comes to a complete stop.
Formerly known as the CarSense CS303-DB-100, this updated model retains compatibility with the LRS-C1 control unit, ensuring dependable performance in commercial, industrial, and residential applications.
