With a heavy galvanized channel, these kits guarantee a quick installation that virtually eliminates drafts, dirt, air infiltration, and pests from entering your space, making it an ideal choice for industries like food where hygiene is of the utmost importance. Each kit includes all of the essential components needed to get started. You'll receive two 8-foot pieces of Action's high-quality galvanized channel that not only enhances the structural integrity of your dock leveler but also creates a barrier that prevents debris from falling into the pit area.

To ensure a secure fit, our kit includes Action's American-made standard 1" 90º aluminum retainer. Our retainer will keep the dock leveler in place to provide stability and prevent any unwanted shifting during operation. An insertion component is also included in each kit, allowing for customization to meet your specific requirements. We also offer two options to further improve the functionality of a dock leveler. The first option is the 1' Vinyl Flap, which can be attached to the dock leveler using the provided part number DSK10-21-A. This vinyl flap acts as an additional barrier to block out external elements, including dust and unwanted pests. The second option is the 1-3/8" Vinyl Flap, which offers even more protection. Simply use the supplied part number DSK10-31-A to add this flap to a dock leveler to ensure maximum coverage and prevent any potential infiltration.
