SuperScan III Custom Series by BEA Active Infrared Safety Sensor 10SSTIIICUSTOM

The SuperScan III Custom Series 10SSTIIICUSTOM is a door-mounted, active infrared presence detector that uses triangulation to reliably detect pedestrians and virtually eliminate false detections from environmental or floor variations. This highly versatile sensor is designed for use with automatic swinging, revolving, folding, and low-energy doors.

This model includes one master and two slave modules in a custom housing cut to specification between 36"–48". Its flexible configuration allows it to be daisy-chained with up to nine additional slave modules to fit narrow or wide doors. Each detection zone can be independently angled to avoid detecting guide rails or walls. When paired with the BEA Bodyguard overhead sensor, the system meets ANSI 156.10 standards for swing doors.
