The BEA Microcell Photo Safety Beams provide reliable, compact protection for automatic doors by using active infrared technology. Designed to safeguard thresholds of sliding doors or guide rails of swinging and folding doors, the system features a transmitter and receiver that create an invisible infrared beam. When this beam is interrupted by a person, animal, or object, the door remains deactivated until the path is clear again. Thanks to its small size and immunity to ambient light, the Microcell is suitable for single or double doors, as well as specialized environments like railways and security entrances.

The 10MICRO1DADAPT double photo safety beam adapter kit allows for easy replacement of Optex beams with Microcell beams without needing to run new cables. The kit includes two sets of emitter/receiver heads, two adapter modules, and a control box to ensure seamless installation and operation.
