Action Direct's Tri-Fin Polar Seal Garage Door Weather Stripping Kit will plug the natural gaps around the top and sides of your door. Each seal is made of durable EPDM, a synthetic rubber that remains flexible in extreme weather climates. The two-fin design and thermal gasket will give your residential or commercial garage a tighter, tougher door seal against cold, pests, debris and dust. It uses a 45-degree retainer profile that is great for overhead sectional doors in residential and commercial settings.
Our kits come with the EPDM Tri-Fin door seal, aluminum retainer sections, fasteners and installation instructions. You can add them on any garage door brand. Kits are available in three sizes to fit doors up to 10’ x 10’, 12’ x 12’ or 14’ x 14’.

Choosing Your Kit:
- Select your garage door size. Choose the 10’ x 10’ kit for doors 10' and below, the 12’ x 12’ kit for doors 10’-12’ in size or the 14’ x 14’ kit for doors between 12’-14’ in size. If your door is not exactly the size of the kit, you can easily cut it down to the size you need. The retainer can be cut with a handsaw and the brush seal can be cut with household scissors or cutting pliers.
Installation:
- Installation is simple. Just open your kit, measure the door width and height, cut the seal and install the retainers with included self-tapping fasteners.

- Great for overhead sectional doors in residential and commercial settings.
