The seal's polypropylene filaments will shield a facility from rain, snow, air infiltration, dirt, pests and other contaminants. What sets Action's brush seal apart is its water-resistant nature, as our polypropylene bristles won’t retain water, which prevents freezing and sticking to surfaces.

Each roll-up door brush seal kit includes a #2.5 pre-cut slim retainer crafted from sturdy aluminum. Our kits are available in six different door sizes along with five brush bristle lengths with 45-degree or straight (90-degree) retainer profiles. The kits also include 32 mounting fasteners for a swift and hassle-free installation that saves you time and effort.

Upgrade your facility or warehouses protection with the Flex Brush Seal Kit Door Package. The kits also come with the retainers  in 4-ft. x 1-in. sections or 5-ft. x 1-in. sections depending on your specific requirements. For example, an 8 x 8-ft. kit consists of six 4-ft. 1-in retainers with brush seals pre-installed.

Choosing Your Kit:

• Select your garage door size. Choose the 8 ft. x 8 ft. for doors 8 ft. x 8 ft. and below, the 10 ft. x 10 ft. kit for doors 10 ft. x 10 ft. and below, and so on. If your door is not exactly the size of our kits, the kit can be cut down to the right size with a handsaw for the retainer or scissors to trim brushes.
• Select your brush size. Action offers 5 different brush lengths depending on the size of the door gap: 1/2 in., 3/4 in., 1 in., 1-1/2 in. and 2 in.
• Select your retainer profile. The 45-degree angled seals are ideal for sectional doors while straight brush seals are good for rolling steel and corrugated doors.

Installation:

To install your brush seal kit, measure the top and sides of your garage door and mark out where the retainers should go. Then cut the retainers to the appropriate size and attach them to the sill using the provided screws.
