The Xcluder X2 Rodent Proof Bottom Seal Kit is engineered specifically for corrugated metal roll-up and rolling steel doors. This bottom seal system combines a reinforced rodent barrier with an interior brush seal to address gaps, uneven surfaces, and environmental exposure commonly found at the base of roll-up doors. The primary seal features a heavy-duty rubber exterior reinforced with stainless steel mesh and Xcluder fill fabric. This layered construction is designed to resist gnawing while maintaining flexibility for consistent contact along the floor. Paired with this is a slim-line interior brush seal that conforms to textured or irregular surfaces, helping block light, insects, and fine debris that traditional seals may miss.

This kit includes mounting fasteners and installation instructions for straightforward DIY replacement of worn or damaged bottom seals. Retainers are supplied in 4-foot sections and can be trimmed to fit the door width as needed.
