PTFE SHIELD Penetrating Lubricant with PTFE is an excellent penetrating lubricant that contains PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene, which is a Fluoropolymer that has a large number of industrial applications because of its many properties) for added lubricity during extreme temperatures. 

PTFE SHIELD is a high tech formulation of specialized oils blended with micron-sized PTFE to provide excellent long lasting lubrication and penetration. This unique formula provides long lasting lubrication, penetrates and defends against corrosion, dissolves grease and grime, and continues to work in extreme temperatures. (-55°F to 475°F). Provides superior corrosion protection on all metal surfaces (passes 60+ days ASTM D-1748 humidity cabinet test). PTFE SHIELD does not contain chlorinated solvents which are being prohibited by companies due to potential health hazards.
