Housed in a durable, NEMA-rated enclosure, this unit is built to withstand harsh conditions, including dust, dirt, oil, and incidental water exposure. A visible red nano-beam reaches up to 30 feet, using a reflective lens (included) for all-in-one obstruction detection—ideal for settings where space and alignment flexibility are important.

This unit features 3 overhead LED indicators for fast installation and diagnostics, as well as an overhead-mounted sensitivity adjustment switch. With a 0.1-second response time and advanced circuit protection, the MMTC 60-2728 provides reliable, real-time safety for gates and overhead doors.
