The LiftMaster LA400PKGULMC is a 24VDC residential linear actuator gate operator designed for vehicular swing gate applications. This operator is not intended for pedestrian passage gates and is engineered to deliver reliable performance for residential and light commercial environments. Equipped with myQ® technology, the LA400PKGULMC supports remote monitoring and control when paired with compatible accessories, allowing users to receive gate activity notifications. Integrated Security+ 2.0® technology provides encrypted communication for extended range and secure access control.

The operator features a purpose-built P3 Motor® and a precision-machined all-metal worm gear reduction system to support smooth and consistent gate movement. Programmable auxiliary relays allow integration of optional accessories such as warning lights and audible alarms. Designed to operate in a wide range of environments, the LA400PKGULMC supports monitored entrapment protection and compliance with current UL safety standards.
