The LiftMaster IHSL24UL is a 24VDC brushless industrial slide gate operator engineered for continuous-duty, high-cycle applications. Designed for demanding industrial and commercial environments, this operator is rated to move slide gates weighing up to 5,500 pounds at adjustable speeds up to 1 foot per second. At the core of the IHSL24UL is a custom industrial brushless DC motor paired with a size 70 oil-bath gearbox and direct-drive #50 industrial chain. This heavy-duty drive system supports smooth start and stop operation, mid-travel reversal, and consistent performance under sustained use.

The operator is housed in a lockable, oil-tight, weatherproof NEMA 3R steel enclosure constructed from 14-gauge steel with a powder-coated finish. A manual disconnect with direct mechanical linkage allows the gate to be operated manually when needed. Integrated smart control capabilities support myQ® functionality when paired with compatible accessories, enabling centralized monitoring and control of multiple access points. Wireless dual-gate communication allows synchronized operation without the need for trenching, with independent speed adjustment if required.

Safety and access control features include inherent reversing sensors, monitored entrapment protection compatibility, anti-tailgate functionality, quick close operation, and Posilock® technology that automatically re-secures the gate if it is pushed from the closed position. Standard power input supports 120/240V single-phase operation, with optional conversion available for 3-phase input using an external kit. The system is solar-ready for applications requiring off-grid power solutions. Included monitored safety accessories support compliance with UL safety requirements.
