The system operates using a pressurized pneumatic sensing edge (gum hose) that, when compressed, sends air to an interior or exterior air switch. This signal is then transmitted through a coil cord to the door operator, which responds by stopping or reversing the door based on the operator’s configuration.

Ideal for facilities prioritizing safety compliance and protection, this universal kit is compatible with 2-wire and 3-wire commercial door operators.
