The WEL-200 Wireless Edge Link System by EMX Industries delivers a complete wireless solution for connecting monitored safety edges to gate and door operators. By eliminating the need for direct wiring between the safety edge and operator control box, the system ensures both convenience and compliance with UL325 monitoring standards.

With a reliable operating range of up to 200 feet, the receiver can connect with up to four transmitters, each offering separate relay and pulse outputs for open and close edge functionality. Both transmitter and receiver are enclosed in rugged, watertight NEMA 4X housings, ensuring dependable performance in harsh environments.

The WEL-200T transmitter supports 8.2K and 10K monitored safety edges and is powered by two AA lithium batteries, delivering up to two years of operation. The WEL-200R receiver is designed for easy installation and maintenance, featuring enhanced diagnostic feedback for edge open/short conditions, low battery, and failed transmitters. It supports all common monitoring methods, including normally closed (NC), resistive termination (10K), and pulse output.

For a complete setup, the WEL-200K Kit includes one transmitter (WEL-200T) and one receiver (WEL-200R).

Note: Units manufactured after August 2020 feature a red control board and are not compatible with older green board models.
