The BEA LPR36 Series Low Profile Push Plate delivers a durable, ADA-compliant solution for accessible door activation. The model 10LPR36-300 includes an integral 300 MHz transmitter and features a blue handicap logo with “Push to Open” text.
This push plate is designed to maximize accessibility and independence for people with disabilities. Its entire 36" x 6" surface is “all-active,” equipped with four redundant membrane switches for reliable activation from any angle. Minimal force is required for operation, making it easy to use.
Constructed with a stainless-steel faceplate and finished with a clear powder coat, the LPR36 is resistant to corrosion, weather, fingerprints, and scuffs. Its slim 1-inch-thick design helps prevent accidental damage in high-traffic areas.
The LPR36 series exceeds California Building Code 2013, Page 559, 11B-404.2.9, Exception 2c, as well as local ADA requirements for high and low actuators, eliminating the need for separate devices. It can be mounted on walls or bollards for versatile installation.
