The BEA 10LE21 Low Energy Micro-Processed Lock-Out Module is designed to inhibit the SuperScan approach sensor when a low energy automatic door is used manually. It ensures that the SuperScan activates only when the door is triggered by a push plate (knowing act) and remains active until the door fully closes. If the door is opened manually, the 10LE21 blocks the SuperScan’s input from reaching the door control. This module also provides the hold-open time delay, so the door control’s own delay should be set to minimum.
